Okay, if you go through milk, NOW is the time to stock up... milk is $1.99 a gallon at Kroger right now!
For real, this is super-cheap for Georgia... usually the best price I can find is around $2.69 at Publix.
You CAN freeze milk (cool, right?), so if you have a big family or use milk a lot, go stock up and freeze what you're not going to use immediately. Tip- when you get the milk out of the freezer, write that day's date on the container with a Sharpie so you'll know when it's fresh.

Aldi has the cheapest milk ALL the time - it is $1.99 everyday! Of course, they limit you to 6 at a time. When milk went up to almost $4 a gallon, Aldi had it for $2.49!
We stock up and put ours in the deep freeze ~ it saves on having to run out for milk all the time!! :0)
